Our Mission with Aklave is to give Africans the platform to connect, discover and share with one another in a more personalized way.

About Payments

If you buy any of our paid Services (“Premium Services”), you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes and to additional terms specific to the paid Services. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid Services. Also, you agree that:

Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location (e.g. exchange rates).
We may store and continue billing your payment method (e.g. credit card) even after it has expired, to avoid interruptions in your Services and to use to pay other Services you may buy.
If you purchase a subscription, your payment method automatically will be charged at the start of each subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period. To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date.
All of your purchases of Services are subject to Aklave's refund policy.
We will not provide refunds on any fees or charges for Premium and pay-per-click products; including partially used periods and bank/merchant fees
We may calculate taxes payable by you based on the billing information that you provide us at the time of purchase.

Note: If you purchased a Premium subscription through our iOS app, please visit Apple Support to learn how to view, change, and manage your iOS subscriptions. Any cancellations and refunds for iOS purchases must be issued by Apple.

This Terms is effective as of May, 2nd 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted here. This platform is very much under development and there will be updates to our community standards and privacy policy as we grow. But we'll notify you anytime there's a change to our currently set commitment.
